Zoe Vassiliou
Founder and Managing Partner
Zoe is a founding member and the Managing Partner of Access Wise Partners with a 25-year experience in the financial and consulting sector, specializing in the analysis and valuation of companies, as well as in costing and the development of business strategy models.
She began her career in the stock market where she worked as an analyst and head of analysis department in various brokerage companies, whereas for 10 years

prior to the establishment of Access Wise Partners she worked in various consulting companies as an executive on the design and development of business models and business plans.
In the period 2009 and 2011 she held the position of special advisor, first at the Ministry of Economy and then at the Ministry of Labor. The areas of her responsibility included designing and implementing business and industry restructuring programs, the coordination of the project team for the revision of the Development Law, the restructuring of the institutional framework for the utilization of the tangible and intangible property of the Insurance Funds, etc. Also between 2010 and 2012 she was a member of the investment committee of the Insurance Organizations’ Mutual Fund.
She has served on the Board of Directors of various listed companies as an independent non-executive member.
She holds a degree in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she is a certified Investment Portfolio Manager by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.

Giannis Moussoulidis
Co-founder and Partner
Giannis is co-founder of Access Wise Partners and he operates in the fields of Business Strategy, Restructuring and Business Reorganization. He has over 30 years of work experience in the field of Production and Business Administration.
With studies at the School of Physics and Mathematics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he worked for 15 years in the field of industrial production in companies listed in the Athens Exchange

(ATHEX) in the departments of Quality Control, Production and Production Facilities. From 2005 to 2019 he offered his services in the field of business administration in positions such as General Manager of production and operation, Chairman and Managing Director in ATHEX listed companies, as well as Specialized Business Strategy and Communication Consultant. He has participated on the Board of Directors of foreign companies and has collaborated with institutions on issues relating to the Greek bankruptcy law, to the restructuring of businesses and cooperative enterprises.
Constantine Chrysochoou
Associate – Senior Consultant
Constantine has been a member of Access Wise Partners since 2020 as a Senior Consultant, specializing in strategy, business development models and sales team management and training. He holds a degree in economics from the American College of Greece (Deree College) and he has worked in the banking industry, which he served for 32 years in various positions of responsibility, in four different banking institutions.

he was in charge of the Small Business Banking Unit and loan products at Millennium Bank then at Piraeus Bank. For a time period, he was also a representative of National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) funding programs for Millennium Bank in the Hellenic Banking Association.
From 2016 to 2018 he was the Channel Manager in the loan-restructuring sector for individuals and Small-Medium Enterprises, as well as in the Value Based Management Unit. He is also a certified trainer in sales issues, customer management, trading techniques, etc.
In 2019 he became a partner and Chief Commercial Officer in a fintech company based in London, UK. He has a deep knowledge and experience in Banking and Finance issues of Small &Medium Enterprises, while he is an excellent know-how of both financing programs and procedures, as well as the restructuring of existing loans.

Christoforos Makrias
Senior Consultant
Christoforos collaborates with Access Wise Partners as an external associate on business modeling and company valuation issues. He has over 24 years of experience in the field of consulting services, having worked in brokerage firms and consulting companies as a financial analyst specializing in company valuations and budgeting (Corporate Finance & Valuation). He has participated in projects relating to mergers,
acquisitions, financing and restructuring of companies in Greece and abroad in various sectors (industrial, energy, hotel industry and real estate). Since 2019, Christoforos has been working as a Senior Officer in Real Estate Management.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Wales and an MBA in Financial Management from Hull University. He is also a certified financial analyst by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
